Help us find the issue
For account support, write from your account email and include your organisation name, app version, operating system and a short description. An activity reference, error correlation ID or invoice reference helps us investigate.
Never send passwords, API keys, session tokens, complete payment-card information or unrelated customer data. Redact screenshots before attaching them. For privacy requests, we may ask for the minimum verification needed to protect the account and confirm your authority.
