Run a local model
Use an OpenAI-compatible model server through Ollama or LM Studio on your Mac. Your hardware determines what it can run.

AgentMagic routes tasks across configured model tiers. Included monthly credits cover eligible managed AI usage.

What does a credit pay for?

Credits measure managed AI usage. Consumption depends on the model and the work performed. Your account shows the configured usage and credit details.

Can I use my own AI and managed AI together?

Yes. Configure your own supported provider keys or a local model in AI settings, alongside the options available under your plan.

Do I need the Mac app?

You can use the web console for chat, connections, approvals and your workspace. The Mac app adds voice, local models, shared local folders, a built-in browser and the website code sandbox.

How do purchases, cancellations and refunds work?

Purchased credits are eligible for a voluntary refund only with zero usage and no active third-party connections. Any consumed credits or an active connection excludes a voluntary refund, including of the remaining balance. Mandatory consumer rights and Paddle’s refund authority still apply. Taxes and any permitted fee deductions are explained in our refund policy and terms of service, or contact support@agentmagic.app for account and billing help. For a Paddle subscription, cancel through the link in your receipt or Paddle buyer support to prevent future renewals.
