The public website
The AgentMagic marketing website stores your light or dark theme preference in browser local
storage under agentmagic-theme when you choose a theme. This preference stays in
that browser until you change it or clear the site’s stored data.
The current public website does not include advertising pixels or optional analytics cookies. Hosting and security providers may process request metadata to deliver and protect the site, as explained in our privacy policy.
Signing in to the platform
The web platform uses the first-party agentmagic_session cookie to keep you signed
in and associate requests with your account. Its configured lifetime is up to 14 days. Signing
out revokes the session. The cookie is HttpOnly, uses SameSite=Strict and is marked Secure in
production.
This cookie is necessary for authenticated features. If you block it, sign-in and workspace features may not work. Optional Google sign-in also takes you to Google’s service, where Google’s own cookie and privacy policies apply.
Other app preferences
If you start a task from the homepage, the app saves that task as a draft in this tab’s session
storage under agentmagic.landing-task for up to 24 hours, so it can survive
sign-in. Closing the tab, clearing its storage, expiry or successfully sending the task removes
the draft. It is not sent to an assistant until you press Send.
The app may store local settings, such as voice preferences, on the browser or device where you use it. These settings support your chosen experience and do not give an external website access to your AgentMagic account.
Connected apps, installed CLIs and AI providers may use their own cookies or local storage on their domains or devices. This policy describes AgentMagic’s storage; those providers explain their own practices.
Your controls
Use your browser’s site settings to view, block or remove cookies and local storage. Clearing site data removes local preferences and may sign you out. It does not close your account or delete server-side workspace records.
Because the current site uses necessary sign-in storage and the theme setting you choose, it does not show an optional tracking-consent banner. If we introduce optional tracking, we will update this policy and provide any controls or consent required by applicable law.
